Excursions

As part of the conference experience, we will be going off-campus for a unique scavenger hunt in Santa Barbara. Santa Barbara, nestled along the picturesque California coastline, enchants visitors with a blend of Spanish charm, stunning beaches, and cultural appeal. Following the scavenger hunt, dinner will be served by tasty local food truck options. Cost is included in registration so please plan to join us!

Shuttle Service

Shuttle service will be available from the Santa Barbara Airport (SBA) and the Santa Barbara Train Station

The shuttle will pick up from the Santa Barbara Airport on Monday, June 3, at 11am, 12:30pm, 2pm, 3:30pm, and 5pm.

The shuttle will pick up from the Santa Barbara Train Station on Monday, June 3, at 11:15am, 12:45pm, 2:15pm, and 3:45pm.

The shuttle will depart from Westmont on Wednesday, June 5, at 12pm, 2:30pm, and 4pm. 

Shuttle cost is $20 per person. Please include this option on your conference registration. Those who register for the shuttle will be emailed a form to indicate their preferred shuttle arrival/departure times. 

Pre-Conference Housing

Housing is available one night before or after the conference for $60.00 per person – no additional meals are provided. Contact us if you have any housing questions.

Pickleball Tournament

The pickleball tournament is open to the first 16 teams (of two) who register for the tournament. The tournament registration link will be emailed on April 15 to conference registrants who indicated an interest in the tournament. The winners of the pickleball tournament will receive a $1000 cash prize (tournament sponsored by Halda).
