Excursion

On Wednesday evening, join us for a fun night at Smash Park, just 10 minutes from Bethel University. This lively venue offers a mix of games, food and social spaces — all in one place. Attendees will enjoy a taco-and-nacho dinner and can choose from activities like pickleball, arcade games, yard games and live trivia, or simply relax and connect with colleagues. It’s the perfect way to unwind in a casual, energetic setting.

Conference Housing

Conference cost includes meals and housing in a six-person suite, with two people per room. Each suite includes three bedrooms, a living room with a couch and coffee table, a kitchenette and a three-room bathroom with separate sink, toilet and shower areas.

Housing is available one night before or after the conference for $60 per person – no additional meals are provided. Single rooms are available for $180 per person (two nights). Participants selecting a single room will still share bathroom facilities with multiple people within the suite.

This year we are able to offer a discounted conference registration for participants who stay off-campus. Meals on-campus and the excursion are still included. Contact us if you have any housing questions.

Additional details about the residence halls are available at https://www.bethel.edu/undergrad/student-life/residence-life/halls/.

Chief Enrollment Officers Exchange

June 9, 2026 | 8:30 am – 2:30 pm
The Chief Enrollment Officers Exchange is an interactive pre-conference gathering designed to foster strategic dialogue and peer connection among senior enrollment leaders. Participants will gain valuable insight from Dr. Nathan Grawe on the demographic cliff and how it is currently impacting enrollment. A practitioner panel will explore how institutions can leverage findings from the 2025 Market Research Study to strengthen enrollment strategy and decision-making. Structured roundtable discussions throughout the day will encourage meaningful peer dialogue, idea exchange and collaborative problem-solving. This focused experience creates space for chief enrollment officers to build relationships while tackling the most pressing challenges shaping the future of enrollment.

Leadership Summit – Conference Breakout Session

The Leadership Summit is a specialized track created for senior enrollment leaders, including vice presidents, associate vice presidents and executive directors. This dynamic program features five thoughtfully crafted sessions led by prominent subject matter experts in the field. Each session is designed to address the evolving complexities of enrollment leadership in today’s higher education landscape. Attendees will gain practical tools, strategic insights and forward-looking perspectives to enhance their leadership effectiveness. Together, these sessions equip enrollment leaders with the essential knowledge, mindset and skills needed to lead confidently and drive institutional success.

Shuttle Service

Shuttle service will not be provided. However, a ride share board will be available through the conference app after early bird registration, allowing attendees to coordinate transportation with others. Uber and other ride-sharing services are also recommended options.
