Bethel University is excited to welcome high school counselors for a Fly-In/Drive-In event prior to attending the NACCAP Annual Conference. This is a free professional development opportunity filled with workshops, discussion groups and networking. We look forward to having you on campus for this time of learning, professional growth and encouragement.

Included:
- On-campus housing is provided on Monday night before the NACCAP Annual Conference.
- Dinner on Monday, breakfast and lunch on Tuesday.
Space is limited to 20 participants. Register for the conference by April 30, 2026, to apply. Please select the Fly-In/Drive-In ticket to indicate your interest in participating. Those selected to participate will be notified by May 8, 2026.
Participants will receive up to $300 in travel reimbursement (you are welcome to fly or drive). Details regarding the reimbursement process will be shared once your application has been accepted.
Registration for the NACCAP 2026 conference is required for Fly-in/Drive-in participants. The conference runs June 9-11, 2026.

- 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Arrival and Check-in (Transportation from airport will be provided via Uber vouchers.)
- 5:30 pm: Welcome Session
- 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm: Dinner and Group Session
TUESDAY, JUNE 9, 2026
- 8:30 am: Breakfast
- 9:15 am: Group Session
- 10:00 am – 12:00 pm: Breakout Sessions
- 12:30 pm: Lunch
