  • Conference cost includes meals and housing in a double occupancy dorm room.
  • Single rooms (shared bathroom) can be requested for an additional $150 for two nights.
  • Housing is available one day before or after the conference ($60 per person per night).

Airport Shuttle

Shuttle service will be available from the Santa Barbara Airport (SBA) and the Santa Barbara Train Station. Cost for round-trip shuttle is $20 per person. Please include the shuttle ticket during registration. Those who register for the shuttle will be emailed a form to indicate their preferred shuttle arrival/departure times. 
*The shuttle will pick up from the Santa Barbara Airport on Monday, June 3, at 11am, 12:30pm, 2pm, 3:30pm. and 5pm.
*The shuttle will pick up from the Santa Barbara Train Station on Monday, June 3, at 11:15am, 12:45pm, 2:15pm, and 3:45pm.
*The shuttle will depart from Westmont on Wednesday, June 5, at 12pm, 2:30pm, and 4pm.

Cancellations for conference attendees before Friday, May 3, 2024, will receive a full refund less $100.00.
Cancellations after Friday, May 3, 2024, will not receive a refund but may substitute another staff member.
