  • Conference cost includes meals and housing in a double occupancy dorm room.
  • Single rooms can be requested for an additional $125 for two nights. Single room will share a bathroom.
  • Housing is available one day before or after the conference ($50 per person per night).
  • Discounts are not available for participants who stay off-campus.

Airport Shuttle

Shuttle service will be available from the Charleston International Airport (CHS). Shuttles will run on Tuesday from 11:00 am – 3:30 pm.
*Please note: To ensure conference arrival by 5:00 pm, the last airport shuttle will depart from the airport at 3:30 pm.
There will be one shuttle run on Thursday at Noon and then from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm. 
*Please note: Last airport drop off is at 5:00 pm.
For conference attendees staying until Friday, there will be one airport run at 9:30 am

To make shuttle arrangements, please complete this form. Select Transportation on the “How can we help?” field and then add your flight information in the “please explain” field. Shuttle cost is $15 per person and should be included on your conference registration.

Cancellations for conference attendees before Tuesday, May 2, 2023 will receive a full refund less $75.00.
Cancellations after Tuesday, May 2, 2023 will not receive a refund but may substitute another staff member.
