The 2024 conference will be held Monday, June 3, through Wednesday, June 5.

Will there be a shuttle service from the airport?
Yes, shuttle services will be available from both the Santa Barbara airport and the Santa Barbara train station. Please add the shuttle service to your conference registration. Cost is $20 per person for a round trip shuttle. More details regarding pick up and drop off times will be available in March.
What is included in the conference cost?
Conference cost includes conference registration, on-campus meals, scavenger hunt and food truck excursion, and housing in the residence halls (single rooms are available for an additional cost). Linens are also included in the cost.
Are there accommodations at Westmont College before or after the conference?
Pre-conference and post-conference housing are available for $60 per person per night. Contact us if you need additional housing options.

Residential Information
What linens will be provided?
As part of your NACCAP conference fee, the linen package includes: towel, washcloth, sheets, a blanket, and pillow.
Are single rooms available?
A limited number of single rooms are available. There will be an additional fee of $150 for a single room (subject to availability). Be sure to indicate this request in your registration and include the single room ticket. Please note – you will still share a bathroom.
Is family lodging available?
Family lodging is available on a limited basis. Please contact us if you need family lodging.
Will I be able to do laundry?
Laundry facilities are not available.
Attire/Packing List
What is the dress code?
Attire for the conference is casual.
What should I pack?
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Sunglasses or a hat
- Athletic clothes and shoes
- Toiletries (including a hair dryer)
- Light Jacket or sweater (the temperature cools off significantly in the evenings)
- Casual attire (light layers)
Activities and Events
Will there be any excursions?
On Tuesday evening, we will explore downtown Santa Barbara through a scavenger hunt. The hunt will end at the Sunken Gardens, where we will enjoy a food truck dinner.

Please note this in your registration. The dining commons is fully prepared to accommodate any special dietary needs.
