Will there be a shuttle service from the airport?
No, shuttle service will not be provided. However, a ride share board will be available through the conference app after early bird registration, allowing attendees to coordinate transportation with others. Uber and other ride-sharing services are also recommended options.
What is included in the conference cost?
The conference cost includes registration, on-campus meals, housing in the residence halls (with single rooms available for an additional fee) and the conference excursion at POST Houston. Linens are also provided.
Are there accommodations at Houston Christian University before or after the conference?
Pre-conference and post-conference housing are available for $60 per person per night. Contact us if you need additional housing options.

Residential Information
What linens will be provided?
Your NACCAP conference fee includes a linen package with a towel, washcloth, sheets, blanket and pillow.
Are single rooms available?
A limited number of single rooms are available. There will be an additional fee of $180 for a single room (subject to availability). Be sure to indicate this request in your registration and include the single room ticket. Please note – you will still share a bathroom.
Is family lodging available?
Family lodging is available on a limited basis. Please contact us if you need family lodging.
Will I be able to do laundry?
Laundry facilities are not available.
Attire/Packing List
What is the dress code?
Attire for the conference is casual.
What should I pack?
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Sunglasses or a hat
- Athletic clothes and shoes
- Toiletries (including a hair dryer)
- Light jacket or sweater (while it may be hot outside, the classrooms and dorm rooms tend to be cool)
- Casual attire (light layers)
- Additional blanket
Activities and Events
Will there be any excursions?
On Thursday evening, the conference excursion will take place at POST Houston, a dynamic, multi-level destination in the heart of the city. Attendees can choose dinner from the international food court, which features nearly 30 restaurant options, then head to Skylawn, the expansive rooftop park, to enjoy stunning views of the Houston skyline and relax in a unique urban green space.
